The Lumber Association of California & Nevada and its preceding organizations have been a part of this region's history for more than 90 years. LACN is a non-profit trade association which provides legislative and regulatory representation, education, training, professional development, communications and industry information, money savings and benefit programs, and industry networking and social activities.

LACN's membership is composed of independent lumber and building materials dealers and suppliers working together for the common cause of protecting their business interests.

LACN represents more than 500 member firms in California and Nevada, and includes members in nearly 20 other states and Canadian provinces. These members represent more than 60,000 employees in the lumber and building materials industry.
